Für unsere Standorte in Köln und Wiesbaden suchen wir ab sofort einen Consultant (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung. 
Werde Spezialist für Digitale Transformation und berate unsere Kunden zu digitalen Lösungen für die Kommunikation, Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung im Unternehmen.

Dein Tag bei uns
Begleite unsere Kunden bei der Auswahl und Einführung von Cloud-Software. In Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team kümmerst du dich um kundenspezifische Anpassungen der Tools und evaluierst mögliche Erweiterungen:

  • Du bist Teil unseres dynamischen und freundlichen Consulting-Teams: Mit Unterstützung unserer erfahrenen Consultants machst du dich mit der Atlassian-Welt sowie mit unserem Dienstleistungsportfolio problemlos vertraut
  • Du analysierst gemeinsam mit deinem Team Kundenanforderungen und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei digitalen Transformationsprojekten mit Confluence, Jira, Trello & Co.
  • Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden: Als Projektmanager erstellst du Projektpläne, schätzt Aufwand und Budget und bist für den Projekterfolg verantwortlich
  • Du hältst Workshops und Schulungen, damit unsere Kunden das Maximum aus ihrer Arbeit mit den Atlassian-Tools rausholen können
  • Du dokumentierst deine Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse transparent, damit wir gemeinsam als Team  wachsen können
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über ein (schon bald) erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Media Management, Unternehmenskommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du bist ein Digital Native! Du findest dich schnell in neuer Software zurecht und interessierst dich für die neuesten Technologietrends
  • Dir fällt Small Talk leicht und du liebst es in Teams zu arbeiten
  • Du konntest idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Beratungsumfeld, bspw. durch Praktika oder als Werkstudent sammeln
  • Du bist pragmatisch, wissbegierig und offen für Veränderungen
  • Du bist bereit deine Expertise als Consultant hin und wieder beim Kunden vor Ort einzusetzen und betreust Projekte im persönlichen Austausch
  • Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

For our locations in Cologne and Wiesbaden, we are looking for a Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on digitalisation.
Become a specialist for digital transformation and advise our customers on digital solutions for communication, collaboration and networking in the company.

Your mission
Support our customers in the selection and introduction of cloud software. In cooperation with your team, you take care of customer-specific adaptations of the tools and evaluate possible extensions:

  • You are part of our dynamic and friendly consulting team: With the support of our experienced consultants, you will easily familiarise yourself with the Atlassian world as well as with our service portfolio
  • Together with your team, you analyse customer requirements and support our customers in digital transformation projects with Confluence, Jira, Trello & Co.
  • You are the central contact person for our customers: As a project manager, you create project plans, estimate effort and budget and are responsible for the success of the project
  • You hold workshops and trainings so that our customers can get the most out of their work with the Atlassian tools
  • You document your experiences and findings transparently so that we can grow together as a team
Your profile
  • You have a (soon to be) successfully completed degree in business informatics, business administration, media management, corporate communications or a comparable course of study
  • You are a digital native! You quickly find your way around new software and are interested in the latest technology trends
  • Small talk is easy for you and you love working in teams
  • You have already gained some experience in the consulting environment, e.g. through internships or as a student trainee
  • You are pragmatic, inquisitive and open to change
  • You are willing to use your expertise as a consultant on site at the client's premises from time to time and to supervise projects in a personal exchange
  • You have fluent written and spoken German and English
